I've got goodies from Nicola twice in the past week. The first for an afternoon tea with family and we had her... beautiful brownies, macaroons cupcakes!! 5 days later when we had to change our cake plans 48hrs prior to our wedding - Nicola came to the rescue and had us 3 cakes made in 24hrs! Cannot recommend The Mini Baker highly enough!
My little girl requested a ‘rainbow cake’ for her 7th birthday - A... quick search online brought me to this page and I placed my order - fast forward a few weeks with updates in the lead up to the ‘big day’ a rainbow cake is exactly what she got!
Tastefully decorated on the outside and the rainbow layers of the cake itself were absolute perfection, we were onto a winner…
Proof is in the pudding as the saying goes so taste test was next -10/10! The sponge was so fresh and light - will absolutely be ordering

Nicola made my daughters birthday cake and cupcakes, all I said was Harry Potter theme and she took care of the rest!... Was so happy with the outcome, my daughter loved them and the cake itself got so many compliments as it was so delicious!

Nicola has just delivered my cup cake order to my partner who’s birthday it is tomorrow.
We talked via messenger... what I wanted on the cup cakes etc.

I live in England and couldn’t be there to share them with her on the day but Nicola at The Mini Baker was totally fantastic, the standard of presentation, the price, the communication was beyond what I expected so thank you very much.
