How DO I Pay?

I can take payments a number of ways, my primary method is via Square. I send you an invoice, you enter your payment information on the secure site, and your payment is processed, just like any other website.

I also accommodate cash and bank transfer, through Square is my preferred payment method.

How do I place and Order?

The easiest way to place an order is via my website order page, or contact me on Facebook.

We can discuss the cake, or cupcakes and design requirements to ensure you get exactly what you are looking for.

Booking Fee

All orders over £25 require a booking fee to be paid via Square Payments,  or bank transfer. This is non-refundable if you cancel your order. For orders less than £25, payment in advance, in full is required.

Less than £25 – Full payment upfront

Please note, that without a booking fee payment, I cannot secure you order date, and you booking will not be confirmed.

Delivery

I offer delivery on all orders over £50, and can deliver to Lisburn, Belfast and the surrounding areas.

Delivery is available to customers who within 30 miles of my location and is charged per mile, at £0.55. This charge covers fuel, and the use of my vehicle.

Delivery is subject to available delivery slots.

I cannot guarantee that I will be able to deliver on your chosen date or time, though I will try my best to accommodate.

How Much Notice do You Need?

I usually need at least 2 weeks notice for all orders, though, the more notice you can give, the better.

Do you do custom designs?

Yes! We do custom cakes and cupcakes, just send me a message and we can get chatting about what you need!
