We are proud to have worked with a number of small and large business throughout Northern Ireland on numerous occasions, and continue to strive to reach new heights working with new businesses every month.

We offer business pricing on large quantity orders giving your business the best value for money, and are able to provide invoices, and a delivery service.

One of our most popular products businesses order is personalised cupcakes. These are great for business events, product launches, and go down just as well as a thank you to your staff.

Delivery is only available on orders over £50, within a 30 mile radius of my location, and subject to available slots

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all orders The Mini Baker accepts. By placing an order with The Mini Baker, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

BOOKING FEE

All orders over £25 require a booking fee to be paid via Square payment processor or bank transfer. This is non-refundable if you cancel your order. Your order is not confirmed until your booking fee has been paid and cleared.

Orders under £25 must be paid in advance, in full. This is not refundable in the event you cancel.

Less than £25 – Full payment is required upfront
£25 plus – 30% booking fee

PAYMENTS

The full balance must be paid, and cleared into our account the day before delivery/collection unless otherwise agreed. Failure to do so will result in non delivery of your order, or the order being canceled and booking fee being retained to cover costs incurred.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Please note, any changes to orders must be made at least 4 days before your collection or delivery date. Changes may not be possible after this time, and may incur additional charges.

CANCELLATION

You are free to cancel your order at any time. Cancellations must be made in writing, and sent via email to nicola@theminibaker.co.uk. In the event of a cancellation, any booking fee paid will be retained to cover materials purchased, and any time put into the order.

COLLECTIONS/DELIVERY

Changes to collection and delivery slots may not be available after the order is confirmed by means of a booking fee being paid.

Collection times must be adhered too. Failure to turn up for a collection, or not sticking to the agreed time (within reason) will result in the order being canceled and any balance paid being retained.

Delivery is available to customers who are no more than 30 miles from my location. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery, as it will not be left unattended.

ALLERGIES & SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Please note that our cakes and bakes contain eggs, dairy, soy, wheat and gluten. Our cakes and bakes may contain traces of nuts. Please contact us with any questions regarding allergies or ingredients. Please ask a member of staff if you are unsure about allergens, as this list is non exhaustive.

The Mini Baker retains the right to cancel any order without reason, or notice at any time.
